Excellent hotel clean comfortable ALL staff extremely friendly and helpful. We would like to single out Evan Reception who went out of his way to sort out our WIFI issues, Breakfast servers Olive and Maddison and our housekeeper who kept our room No 305 very very clean no dust or dirt anywhere. Over all the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The hotel is nice, clean. The staff at the front desk is friendly. The room is clean. Good car park. Stayed for the 3rd time. Faced bad attitude of the staff in the restaurant. They refused to give us a table and serve us at 19.30, referring to the fact that there are no free seats, all reserved. Although half of the tables were free and the restaurant closes at 21.00. Having spent more than 6 hours driving we had to go to bed hungry. Since all the nearest places where you can eat in this city, Sunday at 20.00 close. All good impression of the hotel is spoilt

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was great. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Breakfast was like a Super 8 Hotel operated by prison management. Three items on the menu. They couldn't provide more than one on the first morning. Second morning ran out of pancakes. Fruit must be rationed. Poor management.

We just had a 5 night stay at the Best Western Plus in Perth. The accommodations were fantastic. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast served each morning. Looking forward to our stay there again next year.

Pillows hard, room tiny and tv was basic local Chanel’s. No microwave and breakfast not included- $260 CAD is way too much for this level of hotel. The front desk you g man was very uninformed and gave me a room in a very loud part of hotel- kids running up and down the hall.

Very nice clean hotel in a good area of the city. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely 5 acre park. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was convenient. Hotel offers a great Play and Stay golf package at the oldest golf course in Ontario and situated very close to the hotel.
